Hi my name is Nour, being a stylist is one of my favorite things. I strive to make sure each person in my chair has the best experience possible. I offer a number of services and try to give my clients a relaxing and comfortable environment to feel their absolute best. For me it’s more than just doing hair, it’s the smile I see on my clients face and the feeling they give off when they feel their best. At the end of the day, it’s about making someone feel good about themselves, with their physical appearance but as well as internally. My chair will always be a safe space for all of my clients. Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please review the following policies regarding late arrivals, cancellations, and deposits.
Deposits
•A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments.
•This deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if changes are made at least 48 hours in advance.
•Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Late Arrivals
•Please arrive on time to ensure your service can be completed.
•If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and rescheduled, and your 50% deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.
•If time permits, at my discretion, I may be able to complete part of the service, but a $25 late fee will apply.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
•Clients receive two appointment reminders:
•72 hours before – A confirmation text is sent, allowing you to confirm, reschedule, or cancel.
•24 hours before – A final reminder is sent.
•A 48-hour notice is REQUIRED for any appointment changes or cancellations.
No-Show & Repeat Cancellations
•After 1 no-call, no-show, a 75% deposit will be required for future bookings.
•After 2 no-call, no-shows, a 100% deposit will be required to secure any future appointments.

Payment & Booking
•A valid credit card on file is required to book an appointment.
•All fees must be paid at the time of cancellation to reschedule.
•By booking an appointment, you agree to these policies.
