Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients receive automated appointment reminders 72 hours and 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or changes.
• Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee, charged to the card on file.
• After three last-minute cancellations, a 50% deposit will be required for future bookings.
• After one no-call/no-show, a 50% deposit will be required.
• After two no-call/no-shows, a 100% deposit will be required for future appointments.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Appointment times are reserved specifically for each service. Late arrivals may result in limited time to complete the scheduled service.
• Arrivals 15 minutes or more late will result in a canceled and rescheduled appointment, with a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable fee charged for the scheduled service.
• If time permits, and at my discretion, partial services may be completed with a $25 late fee.
If a delay occurs on my end, I will do my best to accommodate you.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered. My goal is always to ensure you are completely satisfied with your service. If you are unhappy for any reason, please notify me within 4 days of your appointment. I will gladly make any necessary adjustments within one week of your appointment at no additional cost.
All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be paid at the time of cancellation. A credit card on file is required to book. By confirming your appointment, you agree to all salon policies.
